If you are here to check and confirm your POP3 settings for Xtra Email Move, then you do not need to do anything since POP3 settings will not be changing.

*Click on Account Information tab
*Confirm that pop3.xtra.co.nz is in the Incoming Mail Server field
*Confirm User Name field has your xtra email address
*Make sure correct Password has been entered in the Password field
*From Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) field: Click on the drop-down list and select Edit SMTP Server List
*Look for send.xtra.co.nz under Server Name list
*Select on the item, send.xtra.co.nz
*Make sure the Server Name field is set to send.xtra.co.nz
*Ensure TLS Certificate is set to None
*Click on Advanced
*Make sure Outgoing Server Port is 465
*Ensure Use SSL is ticked
*Confirm Authentication is set to Password
*Confirm User Name field has your xtra email address
*Make sure correct Password has been entered in the Password field
*Click OK
*Click on Advanced tab
*Make sure Incoming Server Port is 995
*Ensure Use SSL is ticked
*Confirm Authentication is set to Password
*Close the Accounts window to save your Xtra Email settings
Note: If email is not working after these steps, you can click Mailbox at the top of the MacOS Mail screen, and then select Take all accounts online.Download Apache Spark™
